Canon’s first Macro “L” lens with new Hybrid image stabilization. The new IS system gives up to a two stop advantage at 1.0x magnification and up to a four stop advantage at longer distances. Low friction ceramic balls support the moving elements needed when compensating for camera shake during macro shooting. Since it’s an L lens, we also get weather sealing and a nice 9 bladed circular aperture.
Rental includes: Lens hood, UV filter and pouch.
