Leica 50mm f/1.4 Summilux-M pre-ASPH

This lens probably ranks as one of the best pre-Asph lenses that gives that classic “Leica” look. Shot at F.14, the lens creates this amazing bokeh which falls into the surreal. Pretty impressive for a lens made over 40 years ago! The lens might not be as sharp as its modern counterparts shot wide open but to look at negatives or digital files, its easy to see how this vintage lens can compete with the most modern contraptions. Stop down and you see virtually no difference.

Lens comes with a Leica vintage lens hood adding to that Leica mystique.
