We Make Renting As Easy As Possible.
Follow these 4 easy steps for a smooth, worry-free rental experience.
1. Reserve Your Gear
- Search for products by brand or category.
- Add items to cart.
- Pick your rental dates.
- Choose to pick up in-store or have shipped to your home, office, hotel, or FedEx location.
- Check for confirmation email.
2. Get Your Gear
- For in-store pick-ups, arrive the day your rental starts.
- Bring the credit card used to place your order and your government issued ID.
- For shipped rentals, Fed Ex will deliver your gear by end of day according to your booking choice.
3. Use Your Gear
- Have fun!

4. Return Your Gear
- On the last day of your rental period, return your gear to our store with all included equipment in the rental.
- For shipped orders, re-pack the shipment box, replace the original shipping label with the included prepaid return label, and drop off at FedEx.
